Through a twist of fate, you’ve become the new superintendent of a bustling apartment complex. But the catch is you’ll have to fix it. You’ll have to deal with burst pipes, water leaks, and other typical maintenance issues. And if that’s not enough, you’ll have to fix the problems of your three tenants as well. They’re not happy with the state of the building, and they’re not happy with you. But there’s nothing you can do about it. So you’ll have to fix it, and figure out a way to make them happy.

Fixing the building is the first step. You’ll have to start by getting rid of the clutter. Throw out the old furniture and get rid of the damaged walls and other aspects of the building. The first thing you’ll have to do is fix the broken pipes. They’re not in good shape. And the building is old. So it’s going to take some time and effort to make them look good again.
